Yossi Bitton was born in 1956 in the city of Tzfat, the epicenter of artistic and spiritual culture of Israel. He was inspired and influenced by many of the great artists living in the area of Tzfat known as The Artist Colony there he gained a great love for art, particularly the art of painting.

His paintings vibrate with the Jewish Spirit in a wide range of styles as Classic, Realist, Abstract and Impressionist with the unique techniques that he has learned over the years. The Artist lives in Jerusalem with his wife and four children.
